Vinay has a Master’s degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from The University of Texas, Austin, followed by over 15 years of experience in high-tech industries and consulting with Motorola, On Semiconductor, PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM Business Consulting in the USA.

Vinay has also been an entrepreneur in several industries such as Manufacturing and Retail, and his experience in running companies drives his profitability-driven mindset for the client. Vinay enjoys long distance running and has participated in several half and full marathons.

Dart leads the development and execution of an inclusive corporate strategic plan for sustainable growth by leading INADEV’s initiatives, priorities and investments. Dart has more than 22 years of leadership and expertise in the Information Technology industry. Most recently, Dart served as Vice President of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Enterprise at Unisys Federal/SAIC where he led and established business strategy for the portfolio’s growth initiatives. Throughout his career, Dart has led teams in repeatable management frameworks spanning program operations and business development at scale. Prior to SAIC, Dart was with HP Enterprise Services for more than 10 years. There he served as the Account Executive for the DHS and Department of Justice segment where he led the restructuring of its strategic plans for organic and inorganic growth. Before relocating to the Washington, DC area, Dart was the founding owner and president of the software web development company, Verrius Corporation, in Elk Grove, CA.

In March 2021, Dart graduated from the ACT-IAC Partners Program that included a 1:1 ratio of industry to government participants who collaborated to address complex challenges in the federal technology space.

Stephen most recently served as Senior Vice President, Miracle Systems, leading DHS and DOE accounts in IT services, cybersecurity, logistics, program management, and training. Through his growth plans, he led strategic captures of more $350M and oversaw geographically dispersed teams of more than 100 staff members.  Prior to Miracle Systems, Stephen served in executive leadership roles at SRA International, Booz Allen Hamilton, and SAIC.

Prior to CrossCountry, Chad was responsible for new business development at Primatics Financial (now SS&C Primatics) where he worked exclusively with Banking and Financial Services Clients. Ankit, a seasoned data engineer and architect, boasts an impressive multi decade tenure in the industry. He excels in his craft, collaborating extensively with prominent federal and commercial clients, including the U.S. Census Bureau, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Department of Justice Executive Office of U.S. Attorneys, American Battle Monuments Commission, and the DC Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs.

Michael is an award-winning creative conceptualist and multimedia producer, who’s built a successful career by using compelling words and visuals to ignite action. For almost two decades, Michael has served as the driving creative force behind countless, highly targeted, public affairs and advocacy campaigns for some of America’s most iconic brands, including Best Buy, Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, Exxon Mobil, GlaxoSmithKline, Lockheed Martin, PhRMA, Southwest Airlines, Target and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, among many others.

Ankit has hands-on experience in conceptualizing, designing, building, and launching technology products and services. Ankit oversees INADEV’s delivery charter in India, including customer engagement around modern technologies and delivery assurance.

Previously, Ankit led the digital practice of large engagements and transformation initiatives for different types of engagement operational models like integrated delivery and multi-service delivery for customers across the USA, Europe, and many other countries. He carries domain experience across retail, agritech, financial services, supply chain, and logistics.

He firmly believes that self-motivation, strong communication, and a focused approach can transform any challenges into opportunities and convert operational benefits to business benefits. He is also passionate about fitness.

Neha is a seasoned Program Manager and Director of Commercial Programs at INADEV, boasting over 15 years of expertise in project management, business consulting, and IT strategy. Her extensive experience spans diverse fields, including business analysis (both traditional and Agile approaches), system integrations, gap assessments, process re-engineering, project/program management, transition consulting, application portfolio optimization, quality assurance, IT strategy consulting, vendor management, data analytics, solution sales pitches, customer engagement, and team leadership. She has adeptly overseen large-scale projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. 

Neha thrives on tackling complex challenges, bridging the gap between business and technical teams, devising innovative solutions, and maintaining clients’ financial and temporal requirements. As a skilled communicator, she excels in stakeholder management, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration among client representatives and project teams. 

Neha also has several certifications such as, PSM-I, Scrum Master Certified, Scrum Fundamentals Certified, BSCM (APICS), under her belt!   

Outside work, Neha is a passionate social worker, endorsing inclusion and equal opportunity for all. Neha has managed several programs in the field of sustainability, education for underprivileged women and children, and children with special needs, and very recently, published a film on the lack of menstrual hygiene and sanitation in developing countries. 

With over 20 years of experience in Client Engagement within IT Infra-App Maintenance Services, Neelesh has established himself as a strategic leader with a comprehensive understanding of multiple domains and geographies. As the driving force behind several leading clients, their strategic acumen is exemplified in their role as a BU Head with P&L ownership. At the helm of Service Delivery teams, Operations, and Professional Services, they seamlessly manage customer interactions. 

His expertise extends to being the final point of escalation for major projects and service delivery. He possesses a knack for crafting end-to-end solutions encompassing People, Process, and Technology Setup, and excel in Operational Management and Continuous Service Improvement. He has been instrumental in setting up Helpdesk Services from scratch, steering them towards auto-pilot maturity and also designed IT Compliance Practices and steered IT Processes, Compliances, and Datacenter Audits, including PCI and SSAE-16 SOC1.  

His leadership extends to managing cross-geographical teams of over resources and engaging in diverse portfolios across the automotive, financial, and educational sectors. With an impressive track record of leading large migrations and managing multi-million-dollar programs, this professional stands as a cornerstone in client retention and escalation management. 

With over 15 years of experience across diverse Software Product companies, Smitanjana stands as a seasoned Human Resources leader. Her passion for people management fuels her commitment to nurturing enduring, productive relationships with teams, peers, business associates, and stakeholders. This in turn drives unwavering business performance. Proficient in various facets of HR and People Management, she has a track record of supporting and overseeing multi-location enterprises.   

Her hands-on expertise extends to mentoring, counselling, handling grievances, and orchestrating talent management initiatives. The influence spans beyond borders, as she has collaborated with HR and leadership teams across geographies, notably in the USA. Recognized for her dedication to professional growth, she is a certified graduate of the Leadership Training Program for Managers from Dale Carnegie (USA). Roy is a seasoned Recruiter & Talent Acquisition Manager who has over 17 years of experience and expertise which ranges from small boutique staffing agencies, mid-tier organizations to large federal services and information technology support companies.

Roy has supported a range of customers to include commercial enterprises, non-profit organizations federal/civil agencies, Department of Defense and various three letter agencies in the Intelligence space.

Roy is responsible for the oversight and management of the state-side talent acquisition division, which includes developing and implementing recruiting processes and polices, partnering with technical subject matter experts and customer managers to proactively address, engage, solution and solve talent issues to maintain stringent recruitment service level agreements, as well as execution via identifying/sourcing qualified candidates for contract and permanent positions

Gunjan leads the Talent Acquisition team at INADEV and brings her expertise of 18 years to the role. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University. She also has a Personnel Management course under her belt from IMT Ghaziabad.

Gunjan started her professional life with a consulting firm, moving on to CSC and then IRIS software. Gunjan was associated with IRIS for the last 15 years.
