Ferhan Hamid, Chief Executive Officer, spent 13 years in state and local government focused on operations and management. An attorney by training, Ferhan culminated his government career as Managing Deputy Comptroller for the City of Chicago where he successfully engaged in business process transformation to streamline and modernize finance operations, saving the City millions of dollars. As a top aide to Mayor Richard M. Daley, he managed a $400 million budget and administered a self-insured healthcare plan covering over 130,000 individuals. He also successfully produced and negotiated two groundbreaking benefits plans with the City's 43 labor unions. After leaving Chicago's City Hall, Ferhan became a Director of a start-up subsidiary of FBR Capital Markets, Inc., a leading middle- market investment banking firm, where he helped raise an investment fund with former Washington D.C. Mayor Anthony Williams. He later joined a national law firm as a Partner focusing on government relations. At INADEV he focuses on executive management, business development, strategic partnerships.
Jitesh Sachdev, Chief Operating Officer, is a seasoned IT Professional with over 15 years of proven expertise in certification & accreditation, regulatory compliance, application security, application development, infrastructure design, systems administration, business process re- engineering, cost control and client relations. His specialties include
Project & Program Management (he is a PMP), IT Security, Enterprise Architecture, Systems Integration, Identify Management, and Proposal Development. Jitesh has managed both federal and commercial clients in the Washington D.C. area, Canada, and Australia. He has recently managed a portfolio of programs at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security where his responsibilities included providing technical direction and design, project planning activities, supervision of staff,
and customer relationship management. At INADEV, Jitesh manages client relationships and project deliveries. Jitesh received his Masters in Information Technology from Virginia Tech.
Vikrant Binjrajka, Chief Technology Officer, has over 15 years of experience in IT, much of it involving senior software development roles. He has executed numerous software and network services projects of varying sizes. He has consulted on, and led many IT projects related to application development, enterprise architectures, infrastructure re-architecture for SOX and PCI compliance, OSS/BSS platforms, business process management, SOA and business transformation projects. He strongly believes in process oriented approach to IT projects and is an expert in managing resources. For various clients, he has successfully managed team sizes of a few to several hundred ranging from senior to junior resources. At INADEV, he is the head of technology as the Chief Technology Officer. He is currently leading the effort to significantly enlarge INADEV's presence in the secure mobile application space. Vikrant received his Masters from Purdue University in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
Raghu Rao
Raghu Rao is a technology and social entrepreneur. He has over 20 years experience in business and IT strategy, architecture and design, development, outsourcing, marketing and sales. Raghu has successfully managed and implemented complex projects on varied platforms for clients in Government, Publishing, Aerospace, Utilities, Chemicals, Legal, Healthcare and Telecom. He has advised clients on the strategy and rollout of high-profile projects, including the Federal Internet Portal USA.gov (firstgov.gov), National Cancer Institute's cancer.gov and other e-Government initiatives of the President's Management Agenda. Raghu is on the board of several companies and non-profits (Paperbattery, WizNucleus, eLawForum, Forum for Religious Freedom, and Arsha Vidya Gurukulam).
Until 2008, Raghu was the Chairman & President of InfoZen, which he founded in 1995. At InfoZen, Raghu created a world-class team that filled a critical business gap by providing innovative turnkey solutions that converted data into actionable information. InfoZen has emerged as a leading provider of integrated information management and technology solutions to commercial and government clients. Prior to founding InfoZen, Raghu was a program manager for electronic journals and a member of the R&D group at Reed Elsevier's Technology Information Services, where he helped develop several pioneering databases delivered on CD-ROM, electronic journals and encyclopedias.
Raghu has a Master's in Computer Science from Virginia Tech and B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. He has also completed coursework for an MBA in Information Systems at George Washington University.
Earl M. Furfine
Earl Furfine has over 27 years of Information Technology delivery experience. He has been a founder or partner in 7 technology start-ups, the latest of which, Cardinal Technologies, Inc. was acquired by SM&A, Inc. in December, 2010. CTI was awarded the 2009 SBA Subcontractor of the Year (Region III) for their exemplary work on the 2010 Census. As a CPA, PMP and CITP, Mr. Furfine has a unique set of both functional and technical skills that he brings to his ventures. He spent his early years as a programmer, database designer and DB Administrator.
Mr. Furfine has provided a variety of consulting, software development and other IT Services to his many clients as well as continues to serve, as a mentor for many business ventures and start-up ideas. Mr. Furfine has consulted at Sabre, LSG Sky Chefs, Marriott Corporation, Air Transport Association, Key Bank, Carlson Restaurants Worldwide, and Termnet Merchant Services as well as many Government Agencies including CBP, TSA and Census.
Mr Furfine holds a Masters of Management from the Northwestern University, J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelors of Science in Accountancy with Computer Science Concentration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He also holds a CPA Certificate in the State of Illinois, is a Program Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP). He speaks on a variety of leadership and innovative technology topics annually.
In addition to his many business ventures, Mr. Furfine has been one of the top annual fund raisers and volunteers for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Mid-Atlantic, is a private pilot and an avid triathlete having completed 29 races including Ironman Louisville 2010 and the Great Chesapeake Bay 4.4 mile swim.
Sanjoy Bose
Sanjoy Bose is a Principal at Bose Associates, LLC. He has over 30 years of multi-dimensional experience as a Business Executive with multinational corporations. His expertise lies in developing cross-border setups and management of joint ventures, sourcing for investors and partners in the commercial and government sectors, building public-private partnerships in India, as well as M&A ventures in the USA and in India.
Mr. Bose has held key frontline positions at Oracle, Xerox and McGraw-Hill acquiring and managing large multi-million dollar accounts.
Mr. Bose, as a management consultant, advises and mentors firms on their strategic focus. Mr. Bose is an Advisor to PXV Law Partners, a multi-disciplinary corporate law firm based in India. He is also a Consultant to Yale Medical Center and Yale New Haven Health Systems. He is playing an instrumental role in the initiative to bring emergency and trauma medical services as well as emergency preparedness in a public-private partnership between Yale Medical Center/Yale New Haven Health Systems and cities/states in India. Mr. Bose is on the Advisory Board of ASHA, an NGO, based in Kolkata, India.
Mr. Bose has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management from the State University of New York and has completed coursework for a MBA from Radford University.
Dr. Arun Sood
Dr. Arun Sood is a Professor of Computer Science in the Department of Computer Science, and Co-Director of the International Cyber Center at George Mason University, Fairfax, VA. His research interests are in security architectures; image and multimedia computing; performance modeling and evaluation; simulation, modeling, and optimization.
Dr. Sood and his team of faculty and students have developed a new approach to server security, called Self Cleansing Intrusion Tolerance (SCIT). SCIT converts static servers into dynamic servers and reduces the exposure of the servers, while maintaining uninterrupted service. This research has been supported by US Army, NIST through the Critical Infrastructure Program, SUN, Lockheed Martin, Commonwealth of Virgina CTRF (in partnership with Northrop Grumman). Recently SCIT technology was winner of the Global Security Challenge (GSC) sponsored Securities Technologies for Tomorrow Challenge. Dr Sood leads a university spin-off called SCIT Labs Inc, which is commercializing SCIT technology under license from GMU.
Since 2009 Dr. Sood has directed an annual workshop on Cyber Security and Global Affairs with Office of Naval Research support. The 2009 workshop was at Oxford, 2010 in Zurich and 2011 in Budapest. He was awarded grants by NATO to organize and direct advance study institutes in relational database machine architecture and active perception and robot vision. Dr. Sood has held academic positions at Wayne State University, Detroit, MI, Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, and IIT, Delhi. Dr. Sood received the B.Tech degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi, in 1966, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, PA, in 1967 and 1971, respectively. His research has resulted in more than 160 publications, 4 patents, and 2 edited books.

Telos’ customers include military, intelligence, and civilian agencies of the federal government and NATO allies around the world with the goal of securing their strategic and tactical systems in order to ensure the success of their missions.
As Director of New Business Development for Telos, Mr. Aggarwal is responsible for the initial evaluation of business opportunities and determining their fit with the business strategy of the corporation. Mr. Aggarwal also develops top level architectural solutions and analysis of key technical issues to provide a clear and comprehensive view of technical risks and solutions associated with RFPs and performs market research to select compliant and cost effective hardware, software, and network solutions. In his role, Mr. Aggarwal also coordinates activities of personnel from other units of Telos and reviews contractual teaming agreements to ensure that all technical issues have been addressed fully and are not detrimental to Telos’ interests.
