Chad most recently served as the Director of Business Development for CrossCountry Consulting in Mclean, VA. During his tenure, Chad held a sales leadership role where he established the revenue operations function, helped define and drive the company’s go to market strategy, and successfully initiated new client and partner relationships. Prior to CrossCountry, Chad was responsible for new business development at Primatics Financial (now SS&C Primatics) where he worked exclusively with Banking and Financial Services Clients. Chad’s previous experience includes senior positions at Fannie Mae, Accenture, and Morgan Stanley.

INADEV is honored to support the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Return Preparer Strategy (RPS)—an integral part of Agency efforts to reduce improper tax payments. In partnership with CGI Federal, Team INADEV will automate the delivery of RPS cases and data collection.

The RPS contract expands INADEV’s support to the IRS, which includes the ongoing development of a next generation augmented reality mobile application to dramatically enhance how taxpayers obtain and make sense of vital information to their tax preparation process. In 2022, INADEV won the ACT-IAC Innovation Champion Award for this mobile application – the only small business recipient of this highly-coveted award. And, earlier this year, the Department of Labor in collaboration with the Department of Energy and the U.S. Chief Information Officer Council recognized the app for the “Best Increase in Productivity” award at the 2023 Federal Tech Day.
